The woman who cut my hair rushed so much, I just felt like she was trying to get me in and out and didn’t care much about results. She actually gave me little cuts on my scalp with either rings or fingernails, her hands moved so fast I can’t tell which it was. Critical: ProfessionalismMade me waste my time!!!Did the online checking around 3pm, gave them my name and call back number (did everything they’ve asked), for an appointment that was possibly scheduled for 6:30pm.Asked to arrive 5 minutes early and wait in the car cause they will call you in when they are ready for you.I got there at 6:15pm and waited until 7:10pm to not get service. In the meantime I saw at least 12 people walk in and out .. In the end I got 0 calls or notification letting me know that my appointment was cancelled ..
