They supposedly don’t make appointments. I arrived with no other guests in the waiting area and two stylists. They wouldn’t cut my hair. If your clients are haven’t shown up and there are supposedly no appointments you would take the next person. That would have been me. This place’s business practices are a joke

I have been going to great clips from very long however today experience was very rude. The lady just don’t want to listen and asking me to not to wait. The case here is I have come 2 hours before closure but lady who was there in shop told that they already full. I agreed and conveyed that I have coupon to be expiring today and I can wait outside and see if you can accommodate. She was not ready to listen anything and just rudely asking me to leave. This is not acceptable behavior, there should be some standard of discipline and how to talk to customers.

The gentleman who was working when I was there (I believe his name is ty) did a fantastic job! I have not had my hair cut in over a year due to my pervious hair stylist no longer cutting hair. I was a little nervous this being the first person to cut my hair other than previous stylist at another salon in a VERY long time. Even though my request was minimal and my hair cut was nothing fancy, I am giving this place and him a 5 star review! He did exactly what I asked! He will be my go to from now on! I will say the wait was a little long however you can tell the employees love what they do and make you feel just at home, making this wait feel very short! Ty, thank you for making me feel comfortable in another stylists chair again!

When I visited the salon a few days ago my hairstylist was Ty and I just wanted 2 inches off to start. After it was done, I then asked Ty how much more hair I could take off and still put it up in a ponytail. He told me he could take off another 2 1/2 inches. I let him do it, and could not be happier with the results! He was truly honest with me and I appreciate that. Overall great service, I would highly recommend coming here! I waited a long time, but the app was really helpful too, I love Great Clips!

Online booking is always full even right in the morning. They also never answer the phone, so you can’t ask if they accept a walk in. So we go in person to see only one person waiting and then get turned down for a haircut with 3 hours remaining until close. Used to never be this way…. Haircut
