I wanted a haircut before going away for our anniversary trip. I couldn’t get into my regular stylist so I made an appointment online for Great Clips. I also found a coupon for $2 off. The online reservation worked awesome. I got a text when it was 10 minutes away from my appointment. That gave me more time to pack instead of sitting in the salon waiting! I was taken right away after arriving. Lea was very attentive to what I asked for and it didn’t take very long either. I absolutely love my haircut! I appreciate that how she layered it, I can either blow dry and go or curl it and get a totally different look!

This place is an absolute joke. I checked in online and got ther at exactly the time I was supposed to. There were two stylists — one was in the middle of a haircut, and the other was just checking out her customer. She said you should be up shortly and went in back and I could see her sitting down. I figured she wasn;’t doing haircuts and I was waiting for the one in progree to finish. It was irritating because the customer and stylist were having a conversation about personal matters — fine, stylist being friendly to customers — except that when she talked, she stopped cutting — so it was taking forever. Then the one sitting down for 15 minutes came out and said are you ready? I’m like, yeah, I was ready 15 minutes ago — why didn’t you cut my hair then? I had a customer she said. No you didn’t, you were in there sitting down. I need water she said. 15 minutes for water??? Thanks, I’ll go elsewhere I said. Never again. The place should be shut down.

Here’s my advice for getting a haircut at this location…IF one employee is working alone, do not get a haircut. Walk out. Return on another day when more than on one employee is working. I checked in online like I always do, waited my turn and when I was in the chair, more folks turned up waiting for their turn next to get their haircut. Because of this, the gal rushed thru my haircut and I ended up with the worst uneven hack job that I have EVER received. Nothing is blended. There are noticeable uneven steps in my layers and one side is more chopped than the othe side. It’s terrible. I doubt I will ever go back again. I look crazy. And I truly believe she rushed to move onto her next customer because she was working alone.

Checked in online and I was in a hurry. The online checkin app is really convenient. Got to the salon and the hairstylist tells me to wait a minute while she goes next door to get a coffee. Really?? Take care of your coffee BEFORE you get to work. Customers should always come first.
