Used to be regulars won’t be coming here anymore. 2x now we showed up at our time we checked in for- we were told it’s an additional hour wait, came back in and hour and names had not changed position on the screen and were told it’s yet another hour. I was told “ online check in is an estimate” in response to me expressing displeasure. Handled very badly. And there were 3 people cutting hair it wasn’t like they only had 1 person on staff.
