Took my grandson in for a haircut on Jan. 25th 2023. Cost 18 dollars and they hardly cut anything off. We talked to one of the stylists and they told us we could come back in to have his hair redone if he decided he didnt like it. We called on Friday Jan 26th to make sure that Saturday would be ok because he wanted to change it and we were again told that it was ok we had a week and there would be no charge. So we went back on Sat. Jan 27th and they just told us that if they redo the haircut it would cost us more money! I will NOT be bringing anyone back to this business!! They do not honor their word at all!!! When they tell you to come back in and they will fix it they should honor their word!!!

I haven’t gotten my hair done in several years and decided to go in this morning for a trim to get rid of dead/split ends. I didn’t need an appointment and was able to just check in online. I was able to keep an eye on a timer they had on their site so I knew when it was close to my turn. That way I wasn’t just sitting their lobby or parking lot waiting around.Once it got closer to being my turn I headed in and gave my name to a woman at the front desk. I had to sit and wait a little longer but it was only about five minutes. The woman who did my hair was super quick about it.
