Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had such an amazing experience with Bree as my stylist! She was so kind & amazing! I showed her a picture & described what I would like & I was not at all disappointed. I even brought my daughter in for a hair cut & she doesn’t usually do that well & gets very anxious but she was so comfortable around Bree!! Bree talked to her and calmed her down so excellent. I had such an amazing experience with Bree as my stylist! She was so kind & amazing! I showed her a picture & described what I would like & I was not at all disappointed. I even brought my daughter in for a hair cut & she doesn’t usually do that well & gets very anxious but she was so comfortable around Bree!! Bree talked to her and calmed her down so excellent. I 10/10 suggest requesting Bree when you go. I don’t think I want my hair done by anyone else ever again!

Critical: Quality, ValueCame in to get a hair cut after letting it grow out for the last 7 months, had my side shaved for a mullet hawk. The hair growth from the shaved sides had finally made it past my ears by an inch n half. I was supper happy. Came in ask for it to be cut that length under my ear. with the bangs and hair up front being a little bit longer since they already was. the lady cut all my hair off in the back. It’s now half inch long back there and by ear now. The lady didn’t listen to what I wanted and I even pointed out that, I wanted it to be that link before the cut happen. She didn’t have me pay, I just can’t believe that happen. I’ve never had anything like that happen before with my hair. Thankful hair can grow back. The cut looks really really bad. Came in to get a hair cut after letting it grow out for the last 7 months, had my side shaved for a mullet hawk. The hair growth from the shaved sides had finally made it past my ears by an inch n half. I was supper happy. Critical: Professionalism, ValueAfter waiting for 15 mins I was told by the person who attended me that she can’t cut hair for my 2 yr old if he doesn’t sit on his own while in the very next seat there was a 2 yr old getting his haircut sitting on his mother’s lap!! While I pointed it out, I’m not given a proper response! I’ve also had haircut 3 months ago for my kid with him sitting on my lap! After waiting for 15 mins I was told by the person who attended me that she can’t cut hair for my 2 yr old if he doesn’t sit on his own while in the very next seat there was a 2 yr old getting his haircut sitting on his mother’s lap!! While I pointed it out, I’m not given a proper response! I’ve also had haircut 3 months ago for my kid with him sitting on my lap! She engaged him in conversation and kept him focused on topics they shared an interest in while she gave him a very nice haircut. He didn’t just tolerate the experience, he enjoyed it. I have an 8 year old son with sensory issues and getting haircuts are a challenge. Today Hannah did a phenomenal job with him! She engaged him in conversation and kept him focused on topics they shared an interest in while she gave him a very nice haircut. He didn’t just tolerate the experience, he enjoyed it.
