From the moment I walked in the service was dismissive and rude. I told them I was just there to clean things up and that I didn’t want to go too short, the hairstylist even showed how much she was going to cut asking if it was ok, I said yes as it was less than an inch, she then continued to chop almost all my hair off and gave me a military cut. Not a word was exchanged after that as she printed my receipt then immediately turned around and walked away from me. What’s even more hilarious is the fact this lady had an employee of the month sticker on her mirror!

Would have given zero stars if possible. Took son here for a routine haircut. Should have known there was an issue when he was back there for double or triple the time as others that started their haircuts at the same time. Went back to check and discovered the woman had completely butchered his hair. Gave him a military cut. No idea what was going on. The other stylists were exchanging glances making me think this isn’t the first time this has happened. Won’t be going back. Son was embarrassed.

When I walked in there was a lady cutting hair and another (Keri) sitting in a chair. Keri looked like she did not want to get out of the chair at all. She took my name and number with an attitude. When I sat down I asked her how her day was and in a rude tone she says “alright, what can I do for u?” At that time I literally thought about getting up and going somewhere else. I wish I would have. We did not speak to each other the whole time. Usually when u work in customer service the nicer u are the more tips u will receive just saying. However my haircut turned out as bad as her attitude. Then the kicker, I went back to have it fixed. There were 4 people in line. They said I would have to wait a half hour or so? Wait a half hour for u to fix your own mistake? No thanks. I will obviously not be returning to this store.So this is something I never do but I just can’t help it this time. Maybe one of the best Great Clips experiences I’ve had. Lived in Minneapolis most my life and move down here for work and this location and manager is probably the best service I’ve had. Super friendly and they easily have a customer for life for as long as I live in the area. If you’re in the area stop in and ask for Reva the store manager.

I have been getting my hair cut here for years. I started at the store by Target in Moline. When my hairdresser moved to Duck Creek, so did I. It is a small, but super clean salon. They have a check in online service, so your wait time is shorter. They do not take appointments. All the people working here are very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend it.
