Got a haircut from an employee here today. She was very nice.. left her a $10 tip hopefully she remembers which one I am and this causes a change to happen. They were pretty busy and I noticed that there were only 2 people working. I asked where everyone was and she said they left already. Turns out the busiest time on Saturday is between 4-5 but yet all the other employees left already or had Saturday off. I had to watch them turn like 10 people away because there wasn’t enough staff for the amount of customers. I feel this is clearly a manager oversight and they need to correct this. Whoever does the schedule needs to realize that not everyone gets to leave early and not everyone gets every single Saturday off. It should be rotated…. figure out how to do the schedule better or sell the store to someone that actually cares. This isn’t the first time that I’ve gotten a haircut here and staffing has been an issue….

This popular place have some crowded days, particularly Sunday afternoon. Some people like to use the app. I try to find a weekday to go and maybe do other errant while waiting time. Staff rotates a lot.

I went there to get my hair cut. They usually do a great job. However, yesterday the lady cut it too short, uneven and choppy in the back. She also used the F**** word every other sentence. Plus talked about things that shouldn’t be discussed with someone you don’t really know. I had to go to another hairdresser pay extra to have it trimmed! It was actually too short so the hair dresser at the other place did the best she could and recommended I let it grow for 2 months and then go back to her. Will not recommend Great Clips and certainly won’t go there myself again.
