Unfortunately our experience wasn’t that great. Our Stylist Ashley not only did not smile once during our session she treated us as an inconvenience. She was not friendly to my 9 year old. After the initial trim she asked how I liked it and with my son’s thick wavy hair you could see the stacking and lines, it did not look good. I asked to go a little shorter and she practically huffed out loud. After doing some more trimming she asked how I liked it and I said maybe a little more off the back and she replied that she hadn’t done the back she had only done the one side because she had no desire to do 7 hair cuts tonight and wanted to make sure I liked it before doing any more. I was appalled. This is your job. You are in customer service. It literally took less than a couple minutes to go a little shorter. It took me longer to write this review. I can honestly say this is the first time in 20 years I have not tipped my stylist.

Went in for a trim, tring to keep the long hair after 30 plus years. The lady snip/snip maybe six times on the back of my hair the snip/snip on the front maybe six time, then asked me if I wanted her to trim around the ears? Like Im the professional? After $17. Plus dollars, she said after sliding the card there is a option for tip! Well I felt obligated, and rounded the tip to $19 00 even. After arriving home my wife mention if my stylist clean my neck, with trimmers? Of course I said “No” went back the next day. They fixed it for free, however Again I felt obligated to pay something, gave $10.00 tip to the lady whom was very nice
