Though a stylist went out of her way to cut my hair (I was on an hour wait), she did a very hurried and sloppy job on my hair. Without checking for stray hairs (I had many over my whole head) and removing the hairs on my neck where the paper strip was covering, this older woman didn’t seem to be interested in doing a good or complete haircut. If you go there, avoid the older woman. I paid way more than was worth.

I normally do not write reviews but noticed several other people with issues as well. I have nothing against any of the employees, but one of my recent visits left me with several different lengths to my hair when I asked solely to have my hair trimmed, same length all around. I had two different lengths in the back after I was asked if I would like them to fix up the back. I was not aware this would mean having it cut to create such a noticeable difference in length. Not only that, but the visit after, it was noticed by the stylist that my hair was uneven in several other areas on my head. Prior, I had a friend point out I had two out of place long pieces of hair at the back of my head. I was told at my last visit that it would be awhile before I could cut my hair back to an even length at the length I originally wanted. I can no longer visit this location as I do not feel I can trust anyone to touch my hair.

Terrible experience. I had a tapered 1 guard at the bottom. The lady took all my hair all the way up on side using 1. It was very difficult interaction. I stayed quiet and let her watch try fix it. I won’t be back at this location!

absolute worst experience i’ve ever had at a hair salon. asked for a 1inch trim and the stylist proceeded to tell me this was a poor decision, that i should instead get 2inches trimmed whilst complaining the entire duration of the appointment that “i didn’t give her much to work with.” by the end of the session she said she went ahead and chopped the 2inches she insisted upon anyways. extremely disappointed. do not go here.

So not please with my experience! Didn’t even say that was the help I wasn’t pleased with the haircut I got was fine after convincing the “cosmetologist” it’s what I wanted and her spending most of my time there trying to convince me I didn’t.
