I’ve been here several times and had good experiences each time – until today. The regular stylists here have done a great job. Today, a stylist I didn’t recognize cut my hair. Mind you, I’m a male and my haircut is essentially a buzz cut faded on the sides and back. Stylists have previously laughed (in a friendly way) about how easy it is. Anywho, today the stylist stated the top was too short for a 4-guard and it wouldn’t get anything. At the end of the haircut, I again asked her to use it, because it was clear it was still needed. She was adamant it wasn’t and also managed to leave my sideburns almost non-existent and uneven. I came home and showered to see if it would be better, and it still looked dumb (because it wasn’t done right).

The place I usually go couldn’t get me in for over 2 weeks and the other Great clips type places were three and four hours The hard-working gals here managed to get me in and gave me a really good haircut! quick and efficient yet not rushed with an appropriate amount of small talk to make it go even more quickly. two thumbs up!

Never before have I had a hairstylist invest so much time and concern into my admittedly bald head. That’s not a slight, it was awesome. I know that at salons like this you probably won’t get the same stylist, but they are pretty prodigious with their note taking, so I can come in and be confident that they know what I’m going for. Super nice staff and clean salon. Parking kinda sucks, but it’s in a strip mall kind of area and totally not their fault. I blame HuHot and the US Cellular store.

My wife and I were both happy with my haircut. Thanks to the Plague my hair had grown far too long. I was grabbing some groceries and figured that I would see how long the wait was. I was able to check in on the app, got in quickly, and had a great haircut experience at this location once again as I had been here before. I wore my mask, they wore theirs, and the place was nice and clean. I would recommend this location to others without reservations.

Okay so, I usually don’t write reviews at all, but right now I am highly disappointed. I know that I’m risking it when I go to cheaper places to get hair cuts, but usually I have been perfectly fine going to great clips as I go here every time I get a hair cut, but today was very disappointing. I forget the name of the person who cut my hair, but she was kind of nice until she ripped on me about my hair and not taking care of it. I appreciate the concern as it is nice to know. But I already know my hair is not in good condition as I barely even have time to take care of myself. I came in to get some of the very badly dry and split ends cut, but it was a bad cut. My hair now is just very choppy and I don’t even want to look at it. She didn’t even give me a mirror to look at my hair when she was done and then told me it’s because my hair is naturally wavy and it’s because my hair has been bleached before. And then she didn’t bother trying to keep the cut hair off my clothes as it got all over my pants and I had to brush it off with my hands.
