I tried several times with no success to get a haircut here. I walk in they seem happy to refuse me or tell me the wait is over 2 hours because I didn’t make an appointment or check in online. Wonderful stylists. Get on the waiting list or expect a wait of over an hour. If you get there early and someone doesn’t show, they will work you in. Not sure why the closed the 2nd location as this place is as busy as a Marine Corp Boot Camp barber.

There were two guys ahead of me. They took third time and made sure they did a real good job for them. I wanted Ashampoo, conditioner and cut. She put me in the chair sprayed something on my hair then proceeded to cot. I didn’t get shampooed or conditioned just fast cut and out. Didn’t even cut it the way I wanted. I won’t go back there.

My son got his 1st haircut here with Crystal. Checked in online and only waited 5 minutes inside. Crystal did amazing with my 18 month old. Definitely recommend her.

I came on a day that everyone in town was getting their hair cut as well and had an estimated 87 min wait time when I got there at 4:20pm. I left since there were 8 people ahead of me and returned at 6:04pm only to be told that my name was taken off the list after 90 minutes and that it would now be an additional hour wait. I’ll be getting my hair cut elsewhere with a little more empathy and better customer service.
