Great Clips

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am not usually one to write bad reviews. But, I am incredibly upset with my experience at this Great Clips. I went in to get my hair cut and it looks absolutely horrible. The length is fine, but the stylist gave me bangs that I did NOT ask for, and made my layers so choppy and uneven, it looks like I have a mullet. Even my friends who are hair stylists have said my haircut was done incorrectly. I am now having to go elsewhere and pay even more to have it corrected. On top of that, my stylist was incredibly unprofessional and was talking to me about subject matter that was in no way appropriate to speak to a client about. There was also a child in the chair near me, hearing what the stylist was saying, which made me even more uncomfortable. Overall bad experience and I do not recommend this place. I think discussions regarding professionalism within the workplace need to happen. I am not usually one to write bad reviews. But, I am incredibly upset with my experience at this Great Clips. I went in to get my hair cut and it looks absolutely horrible. The length is fine, but the stylist gave me bangs that I did NOT ask for, and made my layers so choppy and uneven, it looks like I have a mullet. Critical: QualityShe said “ it says 1 1/2 inch up top” I said “ yes” she just kept cutting and cutting and cutting and talking about freaking superhero’s untill I had to stop her before I was damn near bald! It’s MAYBE a 1/2 inch! Thank you so much for the terrible hair cut! I’d go ZERO stars if that was possible! Reading the other reviews it seems like everyone has a bad experience! Critical: ProfessionalismThe customer wait list is publicly displayed, which is great! And we were told a 30-45 minute wait, no problem. But apparently the wait list doesn’t matter when you know somebody. We had a family of 4 on the wait list and someone came in who obviously knew one of the stylist’s and they were put to the top of the list and told “okay, you’re up next.” When we were clearly already on the wait list and had been waiting for 15 minutes already. We don’t mind waiting at all, but had we have know we would be bumped down on the waiting list we never would’ve waited. We left without cuts. Critical: QualityWe discussed my hair cut in great detail. She held up her blond hair, and said like this. I wanted to be able to put in a ponytail. She cut 18 inches off my hair. 18 inches. She had plenty of hair to work with. It’s now above my shoulders. I cant do anything with it. I been fuming since last Tuesday. Konnie Holman
