Despite being busy today, they got my hair done perfect and in a timely manner. People complaining about the wait time are just impatient and obviously didn’t actually check the wait times before they went in as when I did it said 86 minutes so I saved myself some time and did E-check in. Very user friendly on the site for it.

I wish I could remember the womans name who cut my fiences hair, but it was late afternoon at the cedar falls viking rd location and she was so amazing and her customer service was spectacular. She had us laughing so hard as we were leaving…she was “real” didn’t act fake. Plus, she did an amazing hair cut for my fiences…mmmmm

Avoid this location at all costs! Was in there on a Sunday at 1:45pm they told me they couldn’t take any more customers because they were closing at 3pm. Stylists were arguing over whether they could take another customer. Door and online clearly states they are open until 5pm. Pretty poor business practice.
