I have been a Great Clips customer for over a decade and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Whatever you do do not go to Nikki as she has a very condescending personality and will proceed to cut your hair without asking specifics before putting scissors to it. She’s very fast and all she wanted to do was gossip and not focus on my hair that she has never cut before. She is a prime example of how age and experience won’t give you a good haircut or customer service. Highly recommend to stay away from this hairstylist or this location

Second time I’ve come here. There won’t be a third. I don’t know what’s hard about a low fade but somehow I keep leaving with a high and tight. Same lady both times. Touches way too much. Made me very uncomfortable. Smells like weed. Can’t stand that smell. Couldn’t get out of that building fast enough. And yes I still tipped.

Went in there for a haircut last Monday, told hair dresser wanted 4″ off all the way around. Did a partial job. She got in to way too much of a hurry did a lazy job. I go to Indianola great clips, they’ll do a better job. When I brush my hair, seems she has cut my hair in the back way higher on the left side, right side lower. Fort Dodge better step up do there jobs right way not hurry be so lazy.

Loved being able to check in online!! We were able to finish what we were doing and then head there when we got the text. We only waited in store for about 5 minutes before being called back. My teenage son got exactly what he wanted which is awesome considering he doesn’t do the best about communicating what he is wanting.
