I brought my son for a hair cut and the girl that took us back acted like she didn’t want to be there the entire time. When my son needed to go the bathroom she made the comment asking if I wanted me to just not touch the top, like she we were taking too much of her time. This also frustrated me because I told her when we started that I wanted the top cleaned up and blended. My son even called her out on her attitude and asked her if she didn’t like to cut kids hair. Haircut was good, a little rushed, but she got the job done I guess. Will not be coming back.

Critical: QualityI realize when you go to a place like this you get what you pay for…but I usually have good experiences at Great Clips. I went in today and was rushed through with my haircut taking a whopping 9 minutes and I was in and out before all the other people who were there before me. I mean, I just wanted a trim, so I know that shouldn’t take too long. But I miss the days when they at least wet my hair down, asked if I wanted layers, and offered to dry it and/or put product in it. I realize when you go to a place like this you get what you pay for…but I usually have good experiences at Great Clips. I went in today and was rushed through with my haircut taking a whopping 9 minutes and I was in and out before all the other people who were there before me. What could be more personal than a haircut? A bad one is a like a cut on your face that everyone (or so you think) notices! Going to a new stylist and expecting a miracle is just too much. Your stylist is doing the very best they can. I’m surprised at the negative reviews.
