Absolute robbery they can charge what they charge for the worst haircuts I’ve ever had done to my boys. I just wanted one break to take some stress off us and took them to get their hair cut. The one lady immediately yelled at my son that he better sit still or else we aren’t going to be doing this haircut. Before he even sat in the chair. He is 4. His hair was all sorts of different lengths all over his head it looked like a child cut his hair. She was rude and never once smiled. The other lady was older, slightly nicer, but clearly inpatient with my ONE YEAR old. Saying he just doesn’t want to sit still. Have they ever cut a child’s hair in their life?! What BABY has ever sat still for more than a few seconds at a time. His hair was a complete mop still. No shape or anything to his hair. I don’t believe on shorting or walking out because people have bills to pay but I will never ever come back here in my life. Attached is the top of my 4 year olds head after I came home and had already fixed the bottom fade.

Sometimes they try to tell me all stylists are about the same, but his skill and technique is definitely better than anyone I have tried over the last 20 years. I moved further West 7 years ago and tried several local stylists at other GCs for a couple years, but it wasn’t the same quality (Dawn was good). I now happily drive 25 min out East just to have him cut my hair. Everyone compliments how nice my hair looks after he does them. I come for a haircut from Alex! Sometimes they try to tell me all stylists are about the same, but his skill and technique is definitely better than anyone I have tried over the last 20 years. So I was in July 2nd, at the Pleasant Hill Great Clips, and got a bad hair cut. I’m not sure what her name was but she was an older lady. She is nice but the hair cut was terrible. I wasn’t sure if I was coming back but I knew if I did I needed to go with someone else.
