Reserved a spot online for 45 minutes later. Got there and had to wait another 45 min. Only 2 stylists there. Took her 10 minutes to cut my bangs and dry ends off back. I wanted it texturized but was ready to leave.. $25 later

I was cautious about getting a pixie cut after the last place did such horrible job I had to wear wigs for a month (different chain). Amy N saw the picture of the cut I wanted and very easily made it happened. Also introduced me to a new hair product to help style it. Very glad I went here.

The new brunette is rude. I don’t like how she orders me around or my son and then tries to make small talk like it didn’t just happen. My son hates getting his hair cut now. She also didn’t pause yesterday to check people in and then she scolded another customer for not letting her know he was there. I doubt I will go back. Supercuts is a little more expensive but you greeted by a receptionist and get a hot towel to wipe off with and someone doesn’t order you around like a drill sergeant

I wanted my hair cut and thinned. She refused to thin my hair and I absolutely hate it! It’s still too thick! If you want your hair thinned do NOT go here! I should have left when she told me she wouldn’t thin my hair. Now I have to go somewhere else just to get it thinned! Haircut

Terrible experience on 5/6/2022. Some new brunette I’ve never seen working there before. As soon as I walked over to the chair she said to me “Take off your sweatshirt”, so I did, then I sat in the chair and she said “sit in the middle” so I’m already filling up the whole chair so I was like “which way left or right?” then she said what are we doing to today? I asked her to just take an inch off my ends and she said to me “an inch isn’t going to do anything for your hair” she made me feel terrible the whole time I was there. After I got out of the chair there was barely any hair on the floor, I have very long hair, she didn’t even take an inch just despite me. She didn’t even section my hair off to cut it, I have alot of hair. What a horrible experience, I have been getting my hair cut there for years, have never seen this brunette that cut my hair and she will never cut mine, or anyone in my families hair again. She is rude.

So I didn’t realize it was national cut your hair day yesterday so I had an 1:45 min wait. And that is not 1 minute and 45 seconds that is 1 hr and 45 mins. I wish they had a few more stylists available but all in all the haircut and customer service were great. Also they do text you when it is close to 15 mins for your turn.

I can’t remember the hair stylist name but my brother’s on the spectrum and she was so great with him, she kept the conversation going and was patient when he wouldn’t sit still and still did a great cut, so thank you:)

Last minute quick easy clean up around the edges of our son’s hair for an event. They did what we needed at a low price. No complaints. Typical chain offering basic options. We like his regular place but would maybe stop back here if needed between his regular appointments elsewhere.
