I found one with no wait time. She did a good job. I just needed the under part of my hair shaved because it was getting to long. There prices have gone up. It was $20. She didn’t have to touch the rest of my hair. I started going to Great Clips because they were cheaper.

If Carol is not there I will not get my hair done or beard trimmed. You truly have a real gem in Carol. You guys are lucky to have her working at Lee Town Center Great Clips in Des Moines Iowa. My son is absolutely terrified of haircuts (the sounds that shavers make) this was the best experience for him she let him feel the shaver every time she changed heads so he’d sit still, and what takes me 2 sittings with him she accomplished in 15 minutes!!!! Had a bad feeling about this place as soon as I walked in. Lady at the counter asked me “Can I help you?”, in a super rude stone faced look. She then walked away and another girl beside her told me to follow her. Asked for a simple haircut and was told that it would be “extra” to “blend it in”. I literally got off the chair and walked out. Honestly, the whole place had super racist vibes.

Went and showed a pic of how I wanted my haircut and the end results was terrible sides aren’t even couldn’t even get the back of my head straight let alone any of it straight nothing of the hair cut I got even slightly am I ok or pleased with wouldn’t trust them again sad I had to waste 20+ to get this and then have to go spend another 20+ To even get fixed I was in ther 09/19/22

Really nice and hospitable waiting time wasn’t that bad for just being a walk -in with out an appointment. My hair stylist was vary good at cutting my hair. Much appreciated. And as for cleanliness it was a vary well kept up and clean. And the price was a fair price. Would recommend going. I myself will be back.
