I want to say first that we have visited this location with excellent results multiple times. Unfortunately, on this occasion I took my youngest for a cut after which the child expressed total dismay at how they looked. Stylist didn’t check notes to see how the cut has been executed well before and did not do what the child requested. Hair was way too short on sides and bangs appeared. Stylist acted dismissive and rushed.
