I was 250 miles from home and needed a haircut, so I went here instead of one of the local salons. The next time I washed my hair after getting it cut, I noticed how “choppy” the cut actually was. And when I was asked about trimming my eyebrows, I didn’t know she was going to almost cut the completely off! Very dissatisfied and will NEVER use this chain again.

Not happy with the cut. Asked to have my hair layered/feathered. Not what I got. I was hoping when I got home and styled it like I do it would be ok , didnt happen. Totally uneven, no layers at all on sides or in back. Won’t be going back. Update Great Clips contacted me and offered to fix the problem. I went in and they did just that . Thank you to the manager and the lady that was working there from Marshalltown. I am beyond pleased with my new cut you both did an awesome job. Will definitely be going back and recommending them.
