Went in there with my 5 year old and the first thing I said is he is afraid of haircuts he’s been cut before.. so my son was a little squirmy and moved but for most part held still. Then at the very end she needed to use razor to finish his hair and said if he moved it will cut him so my 5 year only heard cut him… she called him a drama and and said he was faking it when we was crying then when she was done looked at him and said next time we wount have this right! Ok first off maybe she doesn’t have kids but don’t speak to my kid that way I said at very beginning of the hair cut he was afraid of hair cuts so if u can’t be Patient with a child should of had someone else do it. His haircut looks great but customer service needs work!

Friendly staff and affordable prices. I love that they give their customers 7 days after getting a haircut to come back and have it fixed or altered for free if the customer isn’t satisfied. The wait times can be long, but that’s to be expected when they do such good work.

I prefer “walk-in” verses making an appointment. Online check-in was very easy and got right in as soon as I walked in the door. I had a bad haircut a few weeks earlier (not at Great Clips) and Teri fixed me up. She did a great job and was quite pleasant. Recommend! Haircut

Arrived this morning at 8:58 and checked in. A couple people already there waiting. Three people working, shouldn’t take long. I sat down to wait my turn, As expected the few people ahead of me were taken to chairs for their haircuts. At 9;23 another customer arrived and checked in. When asked, he replied he did check in online. Within 2 minutes, he was escorted to a chair and was getting his hair cut. That left just me…still waiting. Needless to say, I got up and walked out. Not the first time this has happened. Time to look for someplace else to cut my hair.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been a client there for over 10 years but how I was treated at my last visit I will NOT return. I was at a very low point in my life last week and needed a perm. After all the years of getting perms there and I even called ahead to set up an appointment.
