Mark cut my hair and did a good job on the haircut. BUT was seriously rude otherwise. Asked me at least 5 times if I wanted him to cut my hair even after I said yes. Tried to lighten the mood by smiling, it didn’t work. Instead he repeatedly yanked on my hair and brushed over my face. I don’t know if maybe he was a little hangry, needed to take a break and just breathe a little. Definitely ruined the treat of getting a little time to myself for a hair cut. Please check in online. The nice thing was that there was multiple great clips locations. I came to do a “walk in” hair cut, but there were 4 people ahead of me. I checked in online and was able to get into another great clips location which was not far. They are currently understaffed so give yourself time to get a hair cut & it will go smoothly

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to Great Clips September 18th in Johnston. There was one stylist in there and she is extremely rude! I don’t appreciate that when all I want was a trim! Then when I got home I hadn’t noticed when I was there she missed a big chunk of my hair! Wow…their online check in does not work. This is the third strike – never going back again and i hope you do not waste your time at this Great Clips. This is not the first time and is the reason for the lowest review. I will not mention the rudeness of the guy cutting my hair. 1:20 minutes of time i can not get back-when online check in said 32 minutes.

Stood at the desk 10 minutes while the lady tried, unsuccessfully, to figure out how to look me up (I’ve been to great clips many times) or simply create a new profile. After a few minutes of unexplainable confusion, she begins asking me if I want the same haircut as last. Oh great, so you found my profile? No. So what are you talking about? No answer just confusion. In the mean time another guy walked in and got in line so my wait just increased twenty minutes. After 10 minutes of this they still hadn’t figured out how to create a new customer in the computer so I just walked out. I will never get this 15 minutes of my life back.. and that is the true tragedy here.
