Went to get my kids haircut the other day and thought everything was fine but when we went to brush his hair the day after I find out that the lady cut his hair bald and used hair gel to comb the top over and cover up the bald spot instead of telling me she made a mistake. I checked in online and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. I went strait to the store and checked in there and then I received a text saying it would be about another 15 min wait. 30 min later they still had not called me up for a hair cut. I had to leave with out getting a haircut because I was given an unrealistic expectation for a wait period. I waited about 45 min from online check in to the time I left. I will go somewhere else to get my haircut from now on. It might cost more but they won’t waist my time and that’s more valuable to me.

We just got my son’s haircut done there today. He is 4 and up until his appointment with Sou, he has never done well with clippers or scissors, literally scream crying because he is so scared and getting his haircut is such a chore. We thought today would be no different but he was really due for one so we just hoped for the best. I warned Sou of how it normally goes and she was so patient and understanding and to my complete shock, not a single tear was shed once we got started (minus the two that came before any cutting actually took place). In fact, he was laughing and having a fun time, a complete 180 from normal! He absolutely loves it, we love it, it looks fantastic and as soon as we got in the car he asked if “Miss Sou could be his hair cutter now”. Of course we said yes!

Only reason they got 1 star is because 0 wasn’t an option. They never seem to follow direction and just do whatever they want. It was the single largest waste of $22 I’ve ever spent. Not sure what I expected…. 0/10. They don’t even sell hats to cover their mistakes

Favorite little lake to fish, great ecosystem for the fish is natural. Has a rest spot with bathrooms, a cool little dock too bad they took out the drinking fountains so bring your own water.

Asked for the stylist to use the balders. Instead she used a neck/bread trimmer. She asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed up. I said yes and she almost shaved them off. I have a beard and one side is almost an inch shorter then the other side no even close to even. Haircut
