Great place to get a haircut. The stylist was simply polite and patient (I forgot her full name, it starts with N, and she is awesome). She did exactly like in the picture I showed. The staffs were all polite and prompt. Definitely visiting again.

Critical: QualityI only give them 2 stars because of being prompt and polite. I have not had a hair cut in over a year and wanted my hair evened up, trimmed and layers cut into it. I told the stylist that I don’t like being able to see scissor mark in my hair and to please make sure to blend them well. She assured me she “gets it” and will make sure to blend it well. The front of the hair looks ok, the sides and the back are blunt, very visible scissor marks, and uneven. I’m pretty sure she knew it was bad and tried to hide it from me by blow drying it. I am so angry over this terrible haircut that I cannot even return to have them fix it. I will have to pay another full price haircut somewhere else to have it fixed. I have been a customer of Great Clips since my sophomore year (roughly 2 years) and so far it’s been great. Initially it wasn’t that great since I don’t know any hairdresser there, but after a couple haircut I finally found someone that suit my style, and it’s been a breeze so far. Their waiting time isn’t that long and they have online check in. I would recommend Tasha as your hairdresser if you decide to go there!

I did the check in, counter was busy so i told the worker my name when i got ther she just nodded, so i sat and waited, 30 min later sum1 finally asks me my name…i assumedthe 1 helped and signed me in since counter area was full, i guess not! Lazy & unfriendly staff. Not goin back and did not use their services! No 1 greets u when u get there, even if your not a regular they should b freindly.

I’d give a 0 if I could. My kid received the worst haircut but is too polite to say anything. However, the choppy, short, uneven mullet she received after asking for a trim with layers will forever be remembered as she graduates this weekend. Really horrific. Haircut

We had taken the boys to other Great Clips but not this specific location. The stylists were great with them and had notes from previous cuts and updated the notes to be more informative for the next time. Quick in and out and they all made sure we had a coupon for the next time.

I went there on spur of the moment a couple days ago. I had a long wait which was fine because I was a walk in. I had brought a simple picture of what I was going for. My haircut was pretty awful. Nothing like what I had asked for. I tried to suggest helpfully adding a couple more layers etc to make it look better. Finally I told her I was wanting to leave it from anything further. She was so nice and they were so busy. I did not want to create a scene so I paid and left. I own up to that. It’s only hair and will grow back. I didn’t see the point of having her try to fix it somehow when she cut off too much—what could she have done at that point? I haven’t gone to great clips in years and I will admit this made me remember why. I’m going to my regular salon to have them fix what they can. Again, it wasn’t extremely terrible, but not what I asked for and I didn’t even feel her cuts were good—uneven in places they shouldn’t be.

I spent years going to expensive salons trying to get a good cut. Pointless. With this chain a cut is a fraction of the price, and it’s *more* consistent thanks to good note taking, even though I don’t think I’ve had the same stylist twice. Prices have gone up a lot in the last year, which probably reflects the pandemic.
