I take mom here quite a bit and they always treat her with respect and really nice. My mom has also never complained and prefers to go here which as my mom gets older it’s harder to find a place she likes. So kudos to these guys. One thing to know is you can’t make appts here. It’s check in through using app or website. They give you a wait time to let you know and you can check in that way. Prices are fair too. Both Manistee and Traverse Great Clips have earned our business.
