I’ve always gotten my hair cut at Great Clips my entire life. I’ve never had an issue with any of the stylists in 11 years until my visit last Friday (09/30/2022). From the moment I sat in the styling chair until the moment I paid, the stylist had only negative things to say to me, continuously degraded my hair, and made comments about how poor of a job I did taking care of it. Not one positive comment was made to me, and I’m not asking to be pampered, just simple human kindness. I felt uncomfortable that a person I have never met before had the confidence to say those things to a LOYAL customer, especially since she asked little to no questions about me. The haircut itself was average, she spent less than 10 minutes on my hair, and after her intense comments, I was on the verge of tears and I couldn’t muster the courage to ask for long layers like I usually get. I am giving her the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day and I still gave her a 20% tip, but I will never return to this location, nor any Great Clips. Have human decency if you don’t know who is in your chair because people remember how you make them feel, especially if they are a younger, easily-influenced individual.

Beware if you have really long hair and only want 5 inches off. They have a stylist named Katlin there who first thing she says after you tell her 5 inches is do you want to donate your hair and cut it really short. After telling her no and only 5 inches she proceeds to cut 10 inches off, complaing about my daughters long hair the whole time she was cutting it. Thank goodness hair grows, but to cut my daughters beautiful long hair off more than requested is horrible. We won’t ever be going back there again.

I went there for years and you would think that I wouldn’t have to explain my haircut every time I went to the same person! It got to where I never got the same cut, as she never could remember what it was! Last time I went it was awful and chopped badly and uneven! My 28 year old daughter went and came home crying, because they cut her long hair so short and uneven that she was embarrassed to go to work! My sister went once, as I told her it was a great place! She made her appointment for 1:00 and had to be at work at 3:30, she went in for a simple cut and it took 2 hours, she was so upset and said the person was talking on the phone a lot while cutting her hair, she barely had time to make it home and get to work on time! Her haircut wasn’t done right either. I have not been back there, it’s been over two yrs now and will never go back or recommend this place to anyone ever again!

I would give this location a 0 but it won’t let me. You check-in online then receive the text to dive in then when you get here they don’t have you in the system. Even showing the female at the front check in she comes straight out and said you must be at the wrong location, even after readying the text herself and seeing it was for the metro village location. Go someplace else.

A couple weeks ago I got the worst haircut in a decade here. Patchy around my crown, uneven in the front, and uneven edges. I have bad eyesight so I kept asking if things were even with my hair stylist and she (seemingly almost in an upset way) kept telling me it was fine. When I got home and looked in the mirror I saw how bad it was and had to go somewhere else to get it fixed.
