Checked in 30 minutes prior to arrival online. Estimated wait time of 45 minutes. After arriving, I sat and waited an additional 45 minutes as I watched people check in after me; without checking in online prior, and getting their haircut taken care of before me. What is the point of this online check in system? I waited twice as long as I would have if I had just walked in the store. Nobody wants to waste 2 hours on a haircut. I do not think this is any fault of the employees, I believe it is a problem with the digital queue system, but either way it should be resolved or you will likely lose customers to lack of patience.

Very rush rush to hurry up and get you out of the chair. I don’t even know how my daughter who has very thick, waist long hair was done in less than 20 minutes. Hairstylist looked upset when i asked that she wash and blow dry the hair after she was done cutting it. I was told if she used any type of brush there would be a $65 up charge , but she could use her fingers while blowing it dry . Sooo let’s blow dry it and let it get tangled up I guess.

Brooke did AMAZING work on my hair!! I had tried to give my hair a trim on my own thinking “how hard could it be?” but I butchered it! Brooke at the Grand Haven location though was able to salvage it and make me feel good about my hair again! Not only did she completely even it out without having to take a ton off, she also put some great texture and movement into my incredibly stubborn hair! I couldn’t be any happier with her work and I will definitely be coming back here after the great experience I had! Thank you so much Brooke, you are a magician!!
