Worst service I have ever experienced!!! Checked in on location fully expecting to wait. They seemed a little short handed no big deal. So I was told a 40 minute wait ok have to do some grocery shopping got the text to tell I have fifteen minutes so I walk-in at about the fifteen minute mark. And then I’m told I have another fifteen minutes when one of the two stylist were done she proceeds to walk to the back sipping on water I wait couple minutes for some sort of acknowledgement and nothing so I left. Their attitude sucked and I doubt I will be back. Not sure what happened to Meagan and Sarah but they were great.

Looks like. Checking in online is just a waste of the customers time. You still have to wait the same amount of time checking in online or checking in when you get there. Besides that annoyance, they were friendly and did a good job.

Who ever cut my hair never introduced herself and constantly asked me how she should cut my hair. Eventually, I told her she was the expert and should just get on with it!! It wasn’t a pleasant experience for me. Thus, I will not be going back.
