I had a time reserved to come in yesterday August 19 at 2:30pm. I had been in earlier that day and put my name in since the online system wasn’t working. When I came back at my time I was told the computer system had crashed and was shown a handwritten page with names that I guess had reserved spots moving forward. I think this is really unacceptable, as I made two separate trips to the shop and got nothing out of yet…..sorry, but you need to do better than this!

Very poor customer service!! My son and I both got our hair cut. We were in and out in less than 15mins!! Neither stylist acted as if they cared how the cuts turned out and one of the stylists was very very rude and unfriendly!

I just got a neck trim, because I went to another haircut place, and they messed my hair up pretty bad. My stylist was very sympathetic, and tells me to keep growing it out, because she remembered me telling her I was trying growing it out longer. I really appreciated that.
