Average wait time. Pleasant cosmetologist but she did not wash my hair before cutting?I prefer it be washed and free from product before a cut. Asked for a blow out to get rid if loose hair. Probably won’t go back. Had some time to burn before seeing a friend.

Tia was supposed to only do a bang trim for my daughter. She had longer pieces on the sides that were obviously growing out and she cut them. The bangs themselves are very short and very crooked. I will never step foot in a Great Clips again. My daughter has been crying ever since she came home. She doesn’t want to go to school. We are going to go to a different salon to try to get it fixed.

The problem is consistency. Some of the folks there are really good, others really bad. I have gotten both the best haircut and the absolute worst haircut in the last 4 months from here. Totally depends on the person you get.

Always go to the East side salon because they are faster, nicer, and always do a good job with my kids hair cuts. Even when the wait time for the online check is long , if you pop in and no one is in the chair they will take care of you on the east side. Going to the one near the Jackson crossing, you never know what your going to get performance and attitude wise, also there is always a long wait.

Took my son to EAST MICHIGAN GREAT CLIPS JACKSON MICHIGAN In to get his hair cut and it was the worse haircut he has ever had in their life completely messed up. SONNY, left my sons hairline all crooked and even took a chuck out the back of his head very noticeable never will return to any great clips ever…….even showed her a picture and still couldn’t get it close customer service absolutely trash ….. need a no star

For the most part this is a pretty solid establishment. Be sure to use the online check in or you could end up waiting awhile. It seems as if this place is one of the busiest barbershops in the city of Jackson.
