I took my two daughters and myself for hair cuts and used the check in online so we didn’t have much of a wait after arriving. I believe it was 10 mins or less of a wait once we walked in and the stylist’s were friendly, listened to what we wanted and did a pretty good job. I think it took less than an hour to finish all of us between the two of them working that day. We walked out overall satisfied.

Haircuts vary depending on the stylist. They don’t take appointments, nor can you select a stylist whose work you’re satisfied with.The Niles location has odd days when they’re open and are randomly understaffed. I want to like the place but they’re not doing themselves any favors.
