Usually I have no problem there as I get a pretty simple cut however today was different asked for about 2 inches or so off (to about just under shoulder length) and I got chin length hair. I even showed her where I wanted it and got about 2 extra inches off. And with patchy layers. The lady was very nice but did not seem to understand what I meant. I probably won’t be back very disappointed

If I could give a lower rating I would. These people don’t understand people waiting 4 hrs to get a haircut. Then I finally go in and they refuse to cut my hair. They said “oh we tried to contact you and you didn’t come in for 45 mins.” I showed them the message that I received just moments earlier that told me to head to the store within 15 minutes. They still refused to do anything. There were 2 employees just sitting around (1 of them was playing on her phone!!), not cutting hair. I will not be back. I have been going there for years and they have lost a loyal customer.

You haven’t been able to retain enough staff to have a functioning salon for YEARS now. Perhaps $15 haircuts aren’t sustainable in this economy. What good are cheap haircuts if customers can’t even get in? Might be time to re evaluate your business model so you can pay your staff better.

Up until a few weeks ago, I thought that the service here was ok. I come in, one day after checking in online, and I get passed over. Twice. I was later told that I should have spoken up. As I knew a few of the stylists, I was wondering if there was some kind of game afoot. One of them that I didn’t know exited the floor.
