Went and got my 1.5 year old son his second haircut. The girl who cut it was super friendly. Seemed knowledgeable on how to cut kids hair and was interacting with my son as she cut his hair so he wasn’t scared. Asked us what we wanted and at the end asked us our opinion before being done. Overall great experience.

Ended my standard 60hr workweek, checked in, entered my number for text alerts, watched the wait timer tick believing I would actually get a text to head on in. Not only did that not happen, but I received no notifications of any kind for over two hours. Now, they are just simply closed. Fantastic service. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. The only thing they’re great at clipping was two hours out of what little free time I have.

Poor service. If you have a problem owner won’t even call you back. I will never go back to this location. Tell them high fade and like taking to the wall. Allways new POEPLE and do badddd job. They will work with coronavirus and spread it to the people getting haircuts. Bad bad place.

Mark cut my hair and did a great job! I have fine hair so one length just past my shoulders with a face frame – I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. Definitely requesting him next time. I like the online check-in availability. They were really busy when I arrived, but I only waited 10 minutes since I checked in online. I also like that you can see the estimated wait times for all the local Great Clips locations online as well.
