Critical: Quality, ValueI have medium length hair coming, it was messy and needed a little trim. To insure my hair also looked the way I wanted it without them making a mistake I provided a photo of how I wanted it. I came out with short hair. Lady (Heather) tells me it’s going to be a trim but it ends up being way more than that. If I could give it no stars I would. On top of that she only looked at the photo once and didn’t want to look at it again as reference. Complete disregard on how I wanted my hair to look. I have medium length hair coming, it was messy and needed a little trim. To insure my hair also looked the way I wanted it without them making a mistake I provided a photo of how I wanted it. I came out with short hair. Lady (Heather) tells me it’s going to be a trim but it ends up being way more than that. If I could give it no stars I would. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I could rate this place less than one star, Heather was extremely rude and wanted my 5 year old brother and I to stand outside while we wait for them to call, in a thunderstorm at that. 20 minutes later never got a call, so we walked in and sat down, 30 minutes pass of us sitting in the lobby without masks, and then refused to cut his hair because he wasn’t wearing a mask… after sitting in the store for 30 minutes… I had to walk back out into the pouring rain to go next door a get a mask.. will never be going there again. & if you get heather id advise to ask for someone else, terrible terrible service.I wish I could rate this place less than one star, Heather was extremely rude and wanted my 5 year old brother and I to stand outside while we wait for them to call, in a thunderstorm at that. 20 minutes later never got a call, so we walked …More
