I’ve been going there for years and have been pleased with the service. However, on June 8th, which was a Saturday, I was running late and knew they would be closing soon. My son and I arrived at 6:50 and they close at 7pm, but we both get cuts that are fast and easy. As we approached the door an employee rushed to the door and locked it. She said they were closed and said, but the website and door say you close at 7:00. Her reply was, “I’ve already closed the register.” So I asked for the manager and owner’s number. She said, “really” and then invited us in. I declined, because I don’t want someone who is mad at me cutting my hair. Now, don’t get me wrong, I understand how annoying it is when a customer comes right before closing time. It was the rush to the door, to lock it, that annoyed me.
