This woman did a wonderful job on my father’s hair and we will definitely be returning when it’s time for another cut. Very happy with the service but the wait time was quite longer than I expected. We waited an hour maybe a little over for his turn. It is walking only and you cannot make appointments. It would make things much easier if we could just make an appointment that’s why I didn’t give five stars. And there are only two chairs in the lobby when there is plenty of room for more seating even with covid and the six feet restriction there is plenty of room for a couple more chairs. A few elderly people standing for quite a long time. Other than that our experience was pleasant and we will be returning, hopefully next time we won’t have such a long wait.

Good mens haircut $18. You usually get a different stylist each time; but they keep a record of how they cut your hair each time. This usually ensures an equivalent cut by any stylist. I have been satisfied with the cut each time.

I came home crying after a lady with glasses, wearing a black top did my hair. She/It cut my hair way too short, I showed Her/It the picture. & All she/it did was nod, no asking “Are you sure?” or even asked me how I was doing. Just nodded. This is a business, an establishment. I’m very furious and dissatisfied. Luckily, I’ve fixed up my hair a bit. This Lansing, Michigan Great Clips location by/on Edgewood Plaza did. me. DIRTY. I will never come here again.

I’ve taken my boys here for a while and it used to be they would get really nice hair cuts but recently that has all changed. Even a simple thing as the sides has been a disaster. Their hair is uneven and never what they requested. Even when presented with a photo of the child with what we wanted they couldn’t pull it off. I’m not the kind that lets one mistake cause me to leave a bad review unless it a bad one. This has happened repeatedly so now we have found a new place and will no longer be returning.
