I went there with a clear photo of what I wanted. But the lady ended up not doing it intirely. She made the front too short and the back too long. I’m not going back for it to get “fixed” cause it’s too short already. IAnd she ended it chopping off too much and it looks weird cause she left a little bit of blue so my hair looks patchy.

However, from his Michael Kors to his luscious locks, I knew instantly that I was going to walk out of Great Clips with an exceptional style after Hunter worked his magic. The gentleman cutting my hair did not know what he was doing by the time he was dome I had almost no bangs and what was there was so un even. Did not notice the un even vangs until I got home and showered because he comed my hair to the side so u couldn’t see it. Won’t be using them again. Haircut

I was using the app. It said I had 12 minutes before my haircut. As I was opening my car door it jumped from 12 minutes to 35 minutes. I went inside and asked why. I was told because the other hairstylist went on break.. There were 6 people sitting in the waiting area. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. I’ll never use this salon again because this was not the 1st unprofessional moment I have experienced in this place

Came here tonight to get a semi routine hair cut only to be given excuse after excuse by the hair stylist about how they couldn’t do the skin fade that I normally get. When I explained that I had it done that way before without any problems I was accused of being rude and she continued to berate me as she proceeded to butcher my hair. Less than a minute in and I could already tell that this was going to be a half-hearted hack job and if I let her continue I was going to have to cover it up with a hat for the next month or two.
