I got my hair cut here a few months ago and they messed up my buzz cut somehow (3 on top, 2 on sides and back. About as easy as it gets), so I told myself I wouldn’t come back. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this Great Clips. I needed to get my 2 year old son’s haircut for pictures tomorrow. I went online and signed in to reserve a time slot. After reserving, it said it will be a 51 minute wait, so I decided to kill time at Kroger next door. I got a text saying to head over because my son was up next in 15 minutes. I quickly cashed out and went into the salon. I told the front desk lady his name and she said there were 3 people ahead of us. I said okay and sat down with my 2 year old in the waiting area. As we all know 2 year olds do not sit still very long. Each of the three guys ahead of us were called up. My son was next, after a pretty long wait, even though I checked in 51 minutes before hand. When the younger blonde lady finished her cut, she cashed him out, looked at us (because we were next) turned to her coworker and loudly announced that she was going on her break. Knowing we had been waiting at least 25 minutes in the lobby. She also knew that the other stylists would be another, at least 10 minutes with their clients and by this time we had been waiting very patiently. She did not explain that it would then be another 10/15 minutes for my son bc the other stylists were busy, she just looked at me and walked away. I was shocked and very upset that she would be so unprofessional. After waiting another 10 minutes and still not even being addressed by any of the stylists, I gathered mine and my son’s belongings and left.
