The stylists are spot on and very good at accommodating to the hair style you want. Expect a long wait though. I’d recommend calling ahead or checking in online. Many times the list is over an hour long but that’s due to popularity not the workers. The stylists do a great job and are efficient.

Usually don’t like to leave bad reviews. Left with a big cut on my neck from trimmers. Usually get a high and tight cut. These days I don’t say much to anybody but I can say it was not a comfortable experience. Got my haircut yesterday evening.I don’t care about a discount. Get some new trimmers or be more careful please. Not happy at all.

Use to be great. Since Covid you can’t walk-in anymore you have to check in online. Always several hour wait. It’s worth the drive to go to Ionia instead. Probably will never come here again. Haircut

New policy change they don’t leave your name on the list. At 12:31 pm was told 60 mins. So I never got a 15 minute come on in text, like you usually do. So at 1:40 I went to go double check. Was told that they removed my name after calling it, do to the new policy. I could check back in but it would be another 120 minute wait. But there is only one person in the lobby so they could maybe fit me in. When you don’t live in Greenville it’s a pain to plan your day around getting a haircut and driving there to find out you can’t. Staff are friendly though, always have been.
