Sent my husband and two sons to get haircuts. Both of my sons hair is choppy and uneven. My husband looks like they shaved his head and left bangs without fading it at all. My youngest son looks like the front of his hair was hacked and shaved. My oldest sons hair has a whole side that is about an inch or more longer than the other side. Seriously the worst cuts I have seen. Absolutely furious….. and tomorrow is picture day at school.

The site said, “no appointment necessary.” When calling the salon, they said that they take walk-ins but signing in on line is recommended. I found no directions on how to sign in on line! Also, they did NOT answer the phone between 10 and 10:15, when they were to open at 10 am.

I use the service a lot they have instructions on file cut my hair finger length which is about inch and a 1/2 to 2″ long this person interpreted finger length as finger width and cut my hair 1/4 long everywhere including my 3 inch bangs….I was ferious after seeing what she did..amauter retarded hairstylist.
