I will never return to this location… asked for a TRIM (my hair was down to my ribs), light layering and face framing pieces, and I got this. It’s choppy/unblended, uneven, too short for my liking, and in a ponytail- it looks like a triangle. The lady also doing my hair, I believe Ginger was her name, scrubbed the ever living daylight out of my head, she was not gentle at all. I was the last person they too yesterday and they had me in and out within 20 minutes. It was rushed and it looks awful. I need my money back so I can go somewhere else and get this fixed.

The staff is very friendly and extremely patient with children, my grandson did not want his hair cut he cried and cried but Ginger hung in there until the job was done! They gave him M & M’s when he was done even though he was a pain in the butt which made him finally smile.
