They didn’t want to deal with that but what they said was absolutely horrible. They looked right at her and said they were surprised a rat didn’t jump out at her hair,she almost began to cry. I’ve never experienced worse service anywhere in my life than the Saginaw Great Clips. I went in to purchase a gift card and upon entry, the two stylists did not greet me or even acknowledge I was there despite watching me walk to the front desk. There was no one standing at the front desk for assistance either. I stood and waited for almost ten minutes and still nothing. Keep in mind, there were only two people there and no one else waiting. Eventually I got fed up and left. I don’t know how you expect to run a business when you completely pointedly ignore customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because all you’ll get is a waste of your time.
