They do my oldest son’s hair great…but my youngest not so much. Not the place to go for patience with a small child. 2 times ago my (6 yo) son’s ear got cut pretty bad with the clippers and this last time it was cut very un-evenly! I’ll fix it tho, no worries I’ll bring my oldest back bc he likes the experience but I’ll take the little one somewhere else. I’m really disappointed in the last few visits ♀️

I had a terrible experience at the Fenton location and we directly came here. The other location refused to cut her hair so we came here. Totally opposite experience. The staff was very welcoming and BreeAnn (I believe) was beyond amazing with my daughter. My daughter asked to never go to anyone else but her and so we will definitely be back. She gave my daughter a great hair cut (after the other location said it couldn’t be cut) as well as great customer service. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and most importantly beautiful.

This was a professional cut from a guy who has worked there 5 years. No blending, uneven. Makes his back hair line start almost to the middle of his head. I could’ve done a better job and I never went to school for this. And the job the other “stylist” did on my son today. She gave him a “hard part” cut and made the part extremely wide. He’s so scared to go to school because he said he’s going to get bullied. I can’t believe these people actually went to school and did this bad of a job.

The check in process and how its handled through the system is absolutely horrendous. I took my son in today (8-27-22) to get his hair cut and saw they were extremely busy, I was told a 93 minute wait time and since it was only 3:30 I figured sure why not we’ll wait. So we signed up and was told Id be notified via text 15 minutes before so I could come back in and be ready.

definitely recommend hailey or the gentleman in the first chair on the right side. i never got his name but he was so good with my toddler getting his hair cut! we’d rather go to this location even though the wait is longer than the other location. this great clips is very kid friendly and the experience is just nicer!!
