My husband and I have been going here for quite awhile. Yesterday my husband went in for a haircut, told Jen to trim about an inch off. Totally botched the cut. More like 3 inches and didn’t even finish his neckline, I had to. So short he can’t even go back to have it fixed, good thing it will grow back. Very disappointing. By the way Jen Dwyer is phenomenol, just so happens the “other” Jen was the stylist, and was not aware there were 2 Jens. So my apologies for that confusion.
