I was at this Great Clips on 11-3-22, the Stylist name Liz there seemed okay at first but then was acting a little rude towards me, I thought nothing much about it, but what I later was upset about is after getting home to find out that Liz did not trim both of my sideburns evenly and there for I have to fix them myself. Not only that but I left a tip but did not get any kind of Thank you or acknowledgment from her which I thought was rude. I was treated bad once before at a different Great Clips but this makes for the second time and I am done doing business with Great Clips knowing this is how they treat some of there customers. This is no way to do business at all and more so during these hard times to be charger over $18 dollars and I do not even have that much hair to cut off and yet I am being charge over $18 dollars, I feel like I was being robbed. If I would have honestly caught the mistake Liz made I would have most likely just left without paying and that would have been a first for me however I was kind and nice and even left a tip which I did not have to do, but the staff at this and other locations are far from friendly and or nice. Great Clips just lost a long time customers and I won’t be coming back. I will gladly take my business some place else where I at least get the respect and kindness I deserve vs not doing their job right and treating me like I am a bad person. I am really upset by how the end result of my hair cut was and lack of courtesy and kindness at this location. I understand this will probably not effect there business but I would personally never go to any Great Clips unless you enjoy being treated awful and not getting any kind of thanks after leaving a tip. If I could leave zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and do not bother doing business with Great Clips and go find some place else.

I got my hair cut here in Oct. 2021. The lady told me I should’ve came back a different day since there were lots of homecoming customers they needed to help. She said she knew how to do a line bob hair cut and she completely botched it. I wouldn’t recommend this specific great clips.

I’ve been coming to this Great Clips for going on close to 4 years….. 90% percent of the visits have been a great experience, although I live on the other side of Waterford I still drove to this location, because of how Kellie and Ashley cut my hair. Although there have been times when I found Liz , confrontational and a know it all, and trying to make her point the only one that matters. Each time I’ve been there when Liz was working the atmosphere seems more tense . The reason I’m writing this is because one person should not be able to cast such a attitude on the rest of the workers or clientele, it really harms the business itself when one individual can effect the business in a negative way, and word of mouth can be a very positive or detrimental in ways of advertising.

Katie was extremely negative the entire appointment, which was fine. Maybe she was having a bad day. However I get home and examine my hair to see that I have horrendous and uneven “layers” at random spots throughout my head. Now I need to get three inches cut off my already very short hair. This was $50, too. I’m very upset. It may be hard to decipher in the photo, but there is a random lock of hair that is significantly chopped much shorter than the rest of my hair.

Great customer service and great haircut. I walked in and they told me I would have to wait 15-30 minutes, but I only waited for five. I hadn’t got my hair got by a lady in years, so I was skeptical at first. After it was over and I looked in the mirror, I think I may only get my hair cut by women from now on.
