I specifically ask for Tara every time as she’s the best!! The only issue I have with this location is that many times, they don’t answer their phone. There have been multiple times when I call and no one answers. So, I have to drive to the salon (20 minutes one way). More often than not, Tara isn’t working when I get there, so it ends up being a waste of time and gas.

My stylist name was lori. She was very scissor happy. She cut my hair too short and styled my the way she wanted to. I asked for my hair to be at my shoulders and long layers. She cut my hair into a face frame without asking. She did not dry my hair and was very rude over all but very much about my experience with another stylist at a diffrent salon saying that it was my fault that my hair colour did not stay. I also have a industrial piercing that she processed hit 6 times. I also mentioned to her how I have a side part and she still cut it as if it were a center part and now it is uneven. gave 3 stars because I come here offten and this is the first problem I have had.
