Worst service at great clips farmington hills today. My husband was supposed to get simple regular haircut instead which this is what got! The new lady have such amateur skills to give a service. Terrible service for the price we are paying for a haircut. Totally unsatisfactory, never going there again!!

I’m so disappointed. I had hip surgery 2 weeks ago so standing in the shower for long periods is difficult so I decided I needed a haircut anyways so I went in to get a shampoo and cut. Well I’m assuming they didn’t wash out all the product because my hair is absolutely disgusting. From what I can tell the haircut is okay but we’ll find out when I re-wash and dry my hair.

I came here last year and the cut was really good which is why I gave this 2 stars as opposed to 1. The person who cut my hair was not there when I walked in which is totally fine. The hairdresser who cut my hair went straight to clippers without prepping my hair (product in it). Additionally, it was not a good haircut. There is a portion of the top of my hair that looks like someone trimmed a garden bush and its very out of place. This is my local great clips, I have been going to this location for over four years. This particular visit was awful. She was supposed to keep only three inches of my hair, My instructions were to scissor cut but she did using clippers. She was in a rush didn’t pay much attention. My hair was patchy and uneven and on top of that they charged $20 (in the name of inflation). I would never go this place.

Have been coming here for past 1 year, the service and satisfaction all depends on whom you get to cut your hair. The last time I went there, the person had not asked whether I wanted the scissors or clippers, which they usually do ask, and straight away went for the clippers. This made my hair much shorter than I wanted. Most people who cut my hair here were good, except for this last one experience. Highly disappointed and ruined my important day had an event.

Walked in and after checking in online, they claimed that the computer bumped me out of the system because I wasn’t there a half hour early. That’s never been my experience with the check in system. I usually get a text saying that my spot is upcoming. Won’t be going back to this location.
