Matthew was a very nice man who communicated with his customers, he trimmed my brothers hair, although i can’t say the same about the woman working there, she was older and she trimmed the back of my hair even when i told her i just wanted bangs, i showed her a picture of exactly what i wanted and she didn’t do that, she cut some bangs chin length, but didn’t bother to do any layers on them like i had asked, my hair looks very choppy now. when paying, she asked if we forgot to tip, we said no because we were low on money, and she rolled her eyes.

The people were nice and friendly, thought I wanted my hair to be a specific length. I said 5 inches on top, 2 on the sides and back. My hair was then shaved down to 2 inches on top, and half an inch on the sides and back, less than half the length I requested. At least the haircut looked fine. I feel bad about leaving this review since the people were friendly but I certainly didn’t get want I wanted.

My hair was chopped I went in to get it cut up to my shoulders and some strange man that didn’t seem to know what he was doing cut my hair he was trying to even it out and I had to stop him. After that I had to go to a special hair salon and get it cut shorter than what I wanted in the first place. finally my hair is growing out but it’s just the point you don’t put people in a place they don’t belong and we are not guinea pigs I will never go back to Great Clips or suggest anyone do it not unless they’re getting a simple cut specially for men women I would stay out of it and go to a salon where they are professional

If you come here, ask for Matt or Gabriella. Both provide excellent haircuts and they work efficiently! Otherwise, you never really know what you’re going to get. Especially now with the higher prices that they’re charging. Also, make sure to sign in ahead of time! Haircut

The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. It is in the busy place with great restaurants and stores nearby. Which is ideal if your doing more than just getting a haircut. This is one of the busier locations so I would recommend checking in online. The online website is user friendly just look up the specific location. It will show you the wait time which is very convenient and depending on the day and time will be either a long or short wait. Timing is everything but the place is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Will always come back to this location.

Coupon IssueI received a coupon from the actual Great clips website for being a first time customer and I was informed at the front desk that the manager doesn’t allow those coupons to be used?? From the actual website? I can understand coupons from elsewhere but how could you not accept a coupon from your own official great clips website? Didn’t really understand that.2. Rude staffHere’s the actual part I’m actually complaining about. The woman that cut my hair was rude to me the minute I walked in. I can understand a bad day but she went above and beyond complaining about my hair type and how dry and thin it was. She also constantly berated me for having thin hair at a young age when “my people” are known for having thick hair. I worked throughout covid as a healthcare professional in 3 nursing homes and lost most of my hair from stress. Telling me once should have been enough. Needless to say, I did not choose to tip and when I did not, she become more agitated and loudly proclaimed “Thanks for no tip”.I have been conscious about my hair since I lost it and being berated for it over and over again and the your people comment really brought me down. Seems like more of a men’s barbershop than a haircare establishment for all people. I was the only female for the hour I was there… I waited 25 minutes for the worst haircut of my life. Half of my hair was longer than the other half. The woman who cut my hair only face framed one half of my face. It was so bad I had to fix it with kitchen shears when I got home. Also, I went for a trim and ended up getting 4 inches cut off my hair….DO NOT go here.
