It was like she didn’t even listen to a word I said. Just condescendingly glarred at me waiting for me to be done, as if I had no idea how my hair behaved or what I wanted it to look like. I described the service I was paying for as I have to other stylists in the past with no problems. I distinctly said 2ce, short on the sides but not razor short. 1st thing she did was break out a razor. Don’t understand English ? Both my wife and I physically showed her the lenghth to cut to on the top front then layer back. Top front is 2ce the length she was clearly shown and there isn’t anything to layer back. I’d say she’s GOT to go but keep her so we and everyone on Facebook, Twitter, and reddit will know where NOT to go. If I want to be degradated by some ex-pat with a false sense of superiority and a 1985 outlook I’m going with the $300 version downtown. I didn’t expect alot but I paid for something close to what has been described many times to several different stylists. You owe me $28 plus my time and gas, $7,033 on a paper check with company letterhead. (providing it only takes a half hour to pick up).

Been coming here for 15 years and just had the worst haircut I’ve ever had. The girl was new and I could definitely tell had minimal experience before even sitting down based on her interactive skills. But I do have a very easy men’s style haircut (buzzer 4/6 and scissor cut the bangs) which takes minimal effort. I literally looked like a had two layers of hair forming a bowl cut while everything else was shaved. I ended up going and purchasing a 50$ trimming kit immediately after and did it myself.

Pretty good. Lost my barber after 30 years so not much choice out there. I mean there is but Cannot get with 50 to 60 bucks for a cut and beard trim. (I don’t care that you decorated your hipster barber shop to look old school.) Wish they knew how to blend or transition better. Went today with my son and got our haircut. My son loved Jaclyn he usually hates getting his hair cut but today he walked away happier than ever. I had Orooba. Very professional and quick. Ive gone to other great clips but this is gonna be my go to from now on.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’m giving this place 2 stars because normally they’re good, but not after this cut. I didn’t come the most prepared because the last 3 hair dressers got it right and it looked great, but this hair dressed she was rushing me and not listening. I told her I just needed a small trim and the under layer. She cut everything, insisting she was cutting my bangs but they weren’t my bangs. I kept telling her I didn’t want a bowl cut, and somehow that got mistranslated to giving me basically a bowl cut. When she noticed I was dissatisfied she offered to cut more but the damage was done and cutting more hair would just be worse. I told her not to cut off the top and she told me she wasn’t but then she was “cutting just a half inch”. I still tipped but I look awful. I know I didn’t have a reference picture but she didn’t give me time to pull one up, she just went for it. This place has great staff that are very knowledgeable in their craft. Would totally recommend this location. My person paid a lot of attention to detail. I have to drive a little further than my last place, but I received a great haircut & will be coming here from now on.

Tall skinny lady with station on right near front literally shaved my side burns completely on an angle and didn’t even try to fix it. I noticed it at home and was shocked. May have been on accident but at least try to fix it instead of leaving a huge arrow look on one side and normal on the other. Haircut
